On a sweltering summer afternoon, a simple, refreshing drink can make all the difference. Living in Los Angeles, most days are perfect, but when the heat spikes you want something cooling that doesn’t require turning on the oven. This Cucumber Watermelon Basil Cooler is exactly that: light, fruity, and easy to pull together with minimal fuss.

Cucumber Watermelon Basil Cooler Ingredients

The recipe uses just a few fresh ingredients and takes only minutes to prepare. The combination of juicy watermelon, crisp cucumber, bright lime, and aromatic basil creates a balanced, thirst-quenching drink. Sweeten gently with agave or honey so the watermelon’s natural flavor can shine through. If you want more volume, scale up the ingredients and use a whole watermelon and extra cucumbers to make a pitcher.
