Berry & Cream Milkshake Recipe — Fresh Homemade Shake

Vanilla ice cream, roasted berries and a splash of Chambord liqueur combine to create a delightful milkshake bursting with summer flavor.

Milkshakes are my current obsession. Quick, simple and incredibly satisfying, they’re the perfect way to beat the summer heat. I’m still dreaming of last week’s Salted Caramel Milkshake — milkshakes are just that good. This version pairs roasted berries with vanilla ice cream, a touch of liqueur and a crown of whipped cream for an indulgent, refreshing treat.

I’m still inspired by Emily’s roasted berry sauce, which adds depth and brightness to many desserts. Roasted berries have become a staple in my summer kitchen, from Roasted Berry Napoleons to this Berries and Cream Milkshake — they make everything a little more special.

When Julie from The Little Kitchen and Lindsay from Love & Olive Oil dedicated a week to milkshakes, I couldn’t resist joining #MilkshakeWeek. It’s a fun celebration of thick, creamy, flavorful shakes — perfect for sharing or savoring solo.

Berries and Cream Milkshakes are likely to become a favorite summer dessert. They blend up in minutes, making them ideal for backyard barbecues or relaxed weekend afternoons when you want to serve something cool and tasty to friends and family.
