Happy weekend!
E was supposed to be at sea, but he wasn’t, so we enjoyed a nice Father’s Day at the zoo followed by pulled pork and ice cream cake. The kids declared it their best Father’s Day, so I’d call that a win. I love a family day that doesn’t include a giant meltdown and lets me eat ice cream cake.
Side note: I got a Fitbit this week. Trying to hit 10,000 steps a day has been great motivation to move, and I love that it gives me extra points in my Weight Watchers app — justification for more ice cream cake.
